Job Title: Facilities Lead

Department: Facilities

Reports To: Pastor Adam Frederick

Summary:  Facilities Lead is responsible for assigning maintenance and custodial personnel.

Assesses contractual needs, arranges special projects, communicates facility needs with superiors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities includes the following:

  • Surveys facility needs for repairs and problem areas
  • Oversees special projects and events regarding facilities needs
  • Assesses needs for outside contractors

Supervisory functions:

  • Manage employees on daily duties and work schedules
  • Evaluate employees work performance
  • Maintain safe work environment

Education and/or Experience:

  • Working basic knowledge of general Electrical, Plumbing, HVCA and construction projects.
  • Good Communication skills.
