Summary: Facilities Lead is responsible for assigning maintenance and custodial personnel.
Assesses contractual needs, arranges special projects, communicates facility needs with superiors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities includes the following:
- Surveys facility needs for repairs and problem areas
- Oversees special projects and events regarding facilities needs
- Assesses needs for outside contractors
- Manage employees on daily duties and work schedules
- Evaluate employees work performance
- Maintain safe work environment
Education and/or Experience:
- Working basic knowledge of general Electrical, Plumbing, HVCA and construction projects.
- Good Communication skills.
