Live a Life of Love

“Truly I tell you, just as you did it to one of the least of these who are members of my family, you did it to me.” Matthew 25:40 NRSV

One of the ways we can show Jesus our love for Him is to love and take care of His people. We are so blessed at Victory Church to be part of a family that loves each other and takes care of each other in times of need. Our love should not just be in words and talk; it must be true love, which shows itself in action.

God gives us the ultimate example of how to do this by giving His one and only Son to die for us so that we might have eternal life. Love is what matters most and will last forever, so let’s start each day by asking the Holy Spirit to help us love well!

Thank You, Lord, for Your perfect example of love in action. We ask the Holy Spirit to help us today to be aware of the needs around us and to love others as You would love them. Give us Your heart, Lord, so we can please You by living a life of love today – Amen!
